MODALITIES
In this modality you can participate as an individual, in pairs or in teams of 3 to 5 members maximum, they can be female, male or mixed.
To form a team or pair, first all the components must be individually signed up and then the pair or team is formed.
The route is approximately 5 to 6 km with a minimum of 25 obstacles.
It is the ideal modality if you want to do your first obstacle race, advance at your own pace or do something fun with your friends, gym or work colleagues.
In this modality you can receive help from other athletes to cross the obstacles; you will have two chances and if you don't make it you will have to penalize with 15 burpees, although the time is timed, this is not an important factor.
You will receive your finisher medal when you cross the finish line.
Green bib.
In this modality you can participate as an individual, in pairs or in teams of 3 to 5 members maximum, they can be female, male or mixed.

A race mode for athletes who have been through a thousand battles.
Connoisseurs of obstacle races.
The course is approximately 10 to 12 kilometers with a minimum of 35 obstacles.
In this modality you can receive help from other athletes to cross the obstacles; you will have two chances and if you do not succeed you will be penalized with 15 burpees, although the time is timed.
You will receive your finisher medal when you cross the finish line.
Red bib.
This is the competitive modality, aimed at runners with high levels of demand and endurance.
The route is approximately 10 to 12 km and a minimum of 35 obstacles.
The Elite modality are competitive heats of individual participation.
In the elite category you will test yourself against the best obstacle racers in the Canary Islands and Europe.
In this modality, runners must abide by the OSO regulations where they cannot miss any obstacle.
Qualifying category for the Obstacle World Championship.
You will receive your finisher medal when you cross the finish line.
Blue bib.
Same characteristics as the Elite competitor but, they compete in their age range:
- 16-19
- 20-24
- 25-29
- 30-34
- 35-39
- 40-44
- 45-49
- 50-54
- +55.
A modality for those who want to get started in obstacle courses and also for more experienced runners...
SPRINT FUN 3k. if you are just starting out in obstacle racing and want to start experiencing the Bestial world.
SPRINT ELITE 3k. for beastly experienced runners.
The Bestial Sprint 3k. is the opportunity to test your agility and speed, it is a short but completely NEW, EXPLOSIVE AND FUN obstacle course.
The Bestial Sprint 3k. will take place on Saturday, December 09, 2023 after all the Elite, Age Group, Hell and Trex starts.
So if you want to participate in another modality in the morning, you can do it and close the day doing the Bestial Sprint 3k.
You will receive the Bestial runner's bag.
Refreshments at the finish line.
Finisher medal and other prizes.
Category available only in X Gran Canaria Bestial Race.
